Spend most of today working on what the customer really wants.
So many companies, do what is in the interest of the business not the customer...what right do you have to assume what the customer wants, how many sales are you missing out on. Remember Domino's pizza spend 10 years as a very standard pizza maker, they thought the customer wanted a massive choice of toppings, choice of base and even the cheapest pizza...until they simply asked the customer
The customer simply wanted a freshly made pizza, delivered to the door in 30Min's. Once they worked out what the customer really wanted, they became market leader!
